My first bag
Today I whipped up a little something to make our trips to the library a little more fun:
I've been wanting to make Abby a book bag, but found it a little too daunting. Luckily, this book contained a pattern and step-by-step instructions.
It's so sweet to see her reactions to the goodies I've been making her. I especially love it when she tells people "my Mom made it" and then goes on about how much she likes the 'fabic' and 'pattuns'. So cute.

Wow - look at you go! You big blankie looks awesome and this bag is totally cute. I've made a few bags but they are still really quite a mystery to me. I'm always surprised if they work. And what is it with kids and not sleeping under covers? Glad it's warming up too. Need to email you back.
